Why not allow concealed carry permits. Concealed carry permit holders have committed almost zero gun crimes. Far less than the general public. Why not allow concealed carry. To be honest open carry should also be allowed. Gun free zones are where the killing occurs. The terrorist know where the soft targets are located to target.

The comment period should be extended for 30 days to get the public past the holidays and time to understand what is happening.
