Common sense tells us that a criminal is not nor would ever go through the process of obtaining a concealed weapons permit. If a criminal attempted to do so they would be denied and subject to arrest. That being said, all this order would accomplish is denying law abiding honest citizens the opportunity to carry a firearm for self defense and the defense of others. 

Lets not focus on the gun but on the persons using them for unlawful purposes. Concealed weapons permit holders DO NOT use thier firearms in an unlawful manner. That just doesn't happen!
