Governor, banning otherwise lawfully held weapons in public agency areas makes us all less safe. Nothing in this regulation could have stopped any of the shootings that have occured in the United States. You have no clear and proper evidence, nor moral authority, to take the power of personal protection from the citizens or the employees who serve them.

This regulations should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.
