There is no justification for this removal of rights

Hello,

In reviewing this emergency regulation, I find no justification for it. Have there been shootings in these areas? Or a large number of threats? What is the recent development that requires the removal of rights granted by the U.S. Constitution? Why is the reasoning not supported with some type of evidence?

The Governor should not make rules for the sake of making rules, but rather make rules based on demostrated reasoning and factual supporting data. I do not support this emergency action, nor any related continuation of it, until such time that a reasonable aguement is put forth to justify it.

Please extended the comment period for another 30 days.
