I support these regulations which are both necessary and life-saving.  How anyone without self-interest (via either greed or self-justification) would oppose these regulations is unfathomable.  Abortion center profit margins and trying to defend the abortion industry because you, a family member, or friend happened to have an abortion are no excuse for placing the health and well-being of others in peril. Filthy facilities, broken equipment, untrained staff, and other such gross violations are not OK, particularly when you define abortion as a "women's health issue."
