In June, July, after several clinics already failed inspections, additional clinics failed.  Additional clinics had blood on the equipment, tables and chairs, and the doctor did not wash his hands.  Unsanitary conditions jeapordizing the health of the patients cannot not be hidden from the public.  These findings clearly show inspections are necessary, safety regulations are necessary, and construction requirements (for emergency personnel access) are necessary.  Self-regulation has woefully failed.  Please make the regulations permanent.
