I am aqainst the new storm water regulations.  Builders and developers have dramatically improved the handling of storm water from sites with basins, silt fence and new designs.  25 % of Virginias tax revenue is directly related to the residential industry and it is even higher if commercial is counted.  Virginia has been regarded as a good place for business in the past.  These new regulations will stop growth and actually increase sprawl by wasting land and requiring more for each development.
