DO NOT PASS THEsE REGULATIONS

These regulations hurt everyone without significant improvements to the Bay.  In this current economic condition, and for that matter in any economic condition, regulations should not be passed willy nilly that have significant consequece to tax payers that do not attain an appropriate goal.  There has apparently not been careful consideration of the consequences and benefits (which would be non-existent or near that).

Too expensive with no substantial benefit to the rivers of the commenwealth or the Chespeake Bay.  These regulations will defenitely increase sprawl, which I do not beleive is in the best interest of anyone.
