DCR's new stormwater regulations will result in extreme cost increases to developers and will send developers, jobs, and homeowners out of Virginia.  Look at some of the alternatives out there and review how other states are addressing clean water.  Clean water is a good idea, but these regulations are going overboard.  There is no need to rush into making this change (like having the review period during summer vacation). 

Take the time to make sure the revisions are reasonable and the benefits exceed the costs when practically implemented.
