Please do NOT adopt Part ll of the proposed stormwater regulations..I do think a clean Cheasapeake Bay is important but these regulations are NOT the answer. We MUST keep and impove on Virginia as a business friendly state and these regulations as proposed will dramatically increase costs and land required to develop and continue to increase sprawl
