New regs on runoff from new development

As an avid fisherman and whitewater boater ,I urge that the new regulations on storm water runoff be adopted in the current form . I also own a business that is partially dependent on new home construction ,but think that the amendment to the regulations is a bad idea. If water quality is not protected we all suffer and the quality of life is deminished. We can cut off our nose despite our face ,to build housing more cheaply, but at some point the value of these new homes is affected when our rivers and streams are not protected. When the area becomes less desireble the home builders loose too!
