I urge you to pass the proposed regulations as they stand.

I care about clean water and want VA to take strong action to control runoff from development--runoff which is harming the Bay and my local watershed. 

The proposed regulations should be passed in their current form and NOT weakened in any form or fashion.  Let's get this right!!  Protect our waterways.  All of life on this blue planet is dependent on clean water.  Do our generation and the generations that follow a service and protect our water.
