In November 2016, the Falls Church Healthcare Center was cited for 13 pages of safety violations.  In June 2018, the Falls Church Healthcare Center's cited violations covered 33 pages.  There doesn't seem to be any ramifications for violating safety rules, which is a breach of public trust.  If a dentist practice had this many violations, it's hard to believe it wouldn't have its license rescinded.  Are we turning a blind eye to these dangers because some people don't want to see abortion access restricted in any way?  This puts many women in danger.

Please reinstate the ability of the department to deny, suspend, or revoke the license to operate an abortion facility for violating "any provision of Article 1 (§ 32.1-123 et seq.) of Chapter 5 of Title 32.1
