Everyone knows that onerous and unreasonable restrictions on abortion clinics in Virginia were enacted to limit women’s access to abortions.  To claim that the restrictions protect women’s health is blatant hypocrisy.  Empirical data shows that abortions are safe without the restriction no.  It is time to change the situation in Virginia.
