I am in support of strong regulation of abortion centers. They should have the same regulations as any other surgical center that will provide for clean, safe protections for patients. The operating rooms should be sterile, should have registered nurses, anesthesiologists, qualified surgeons in the room and should have every protection in place should anything go wrong, to transport the patient to a nearby hospital where the surgeon is registered with. Each operating room should be well sterilized and restocked before the next surgery can take place. Abortion is a surgery with the same complications as any other out patient surgery and should be seen as such. Women shouldn't be subjected to improper care for any reason. Just because these centers only care for women shouldn't mean that the quality of care should be any less! I stand for women's rights and think we should always get the same care no matter what facility!
