Re-instate Reciprocity with Tennessee

I think Virginia would be best served to re-instate reciprocity with all of the 25 states with which they are cutting reciprocity ties.  However, at a minimum, I believe Virginia should re-instate reciprocity with Tennessee.

Comparing Tennessee's list of disqualifiers for issuing a permit to Virginia's list will show that the two states are substantially similar in who is and is not allowed to receive a permit.  In addition, Tennessee permit holders are required to have training that far exceeds Virginia's requirements.  Virginia allows a permit to be issued for completing an online class only.  Tennessee, however, requires an in-person class and live fire range training.  This demonstates that Tennessee permit holders often have better training than Virginia permit holders and should therefore have their reciprocity re-instated.
