I'm pretty sure this new development will do nothing good for the state of Virginia. Except maybe make criminals feel a little better about commiting crimes on defenseless citizens with out of state license plates. I own a time-share in Williamsburg and will no longer be using it until such time that someone with two brain cells to rub together, changes the rule back the way it was. I will not so much as pass through Virginia, defenseless.

I'd like to know the dollar ammount that Virginia will lose after this change takes effect.
