There has been NO ststistical or factual evidence tk show that Concealed Carry Weapons permit holders from any state are a threat to the Commonwealth. This decision was made without the approval of the public, and clearly as a means to please the Governor and his liberal agend that is not in line with Virginians and law abiding citizens. This actions only affects and endagers law abiding citizens.
