Mr. Herring,

Your recent decision regarding concealed handgun reciprocity is downright shameful.  Law abiding citizens are the ones being punished here and you are protecting no one.  Criminals will always find a way to hurt others, whether that be with a gun, knife, or rope.  Your actions will ultimately harm Virginians, and other law abiding citizens.

We will not forget.
