Why?  The anwers listed by Mr. Herring's office in print are a smoke screen.  There is far more to it than this childish slap at other states rights and program requirements.  What is the true agenda by this public official and why is he doing this.  Virginia is in consistent competition for business to locate orrelocate here, we woo tourists, we strive to be welcome and friendly, we house the largest federal and military infrastructure in the the country.  Our lifeline is fed dollars, tourists and hospitality and NOW - the State Attorney General sets us back 20 years in one very bad error in "judgment".   We need to overcome this problem RIGHT NOW!
