This regulation will only protect people who intend to do harm to innocent citizens.  There have been zero shootings in state agencies and this prohibition on those with a concealed handgun permit is entirely without any justification and endangers innocent lives, while also managing to curtail tourism in our great Commonwealth.  

This is an answer to a problem that doesn't exist. This regulation should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.

This is an abuse of power and a 'tribute' paid to Bloomberg for his contributions.  Virginians have a long memory- and we VOTE!
