Commenter: Law abiding gun owner.

Virginia has left me and my family vulnerable.

With the recent announcement of impending termination of CHP reciprocity with most states where was previously held, Virginia has effectively left my family and I vulnerable in states we frequently visit. Under the guise of "protecting Virginians" from an imaginary threat that cannot be substantiated with any facts or real statistics, Virginia has turned its back on law abiding citizens from both Virginia and other states, and has effectively told criminals that tourists are easy prey. Additionally, Virginians traveling outside of our state are now easy prey. Please reconsider and reverse the decision to revoke reciprocity with ANY state. The only people endangered by CHP holders are criminals. Perhaps that's why our Governor and Attorney General feel threatened by them.
