This regulation will only have the effect of disarming law-abiding citizens which will make no one safer.  Criminals and terrorists do not obey laws.  All but two of the public massacres since 1950 had been committed by criminals and terrorists in “gun-free zones,” which is exactly what this regulation creates. 

Governor, why don't you unarm your security detail?  Won't that make you feel safer?  Let us plebians have the right of self defense; after all the Second Amendment guarantees us that much.

This regulations should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn unless you deliberately want to make terrorist-friendly zones.
