Banning concealed carry in parking lots and rest areas/stops will endanger the lives of interstate and local travellers. As a female who frequently travels, this will leave me vulnerable to CRIMINALS who do not and will not abide by our laws anyway. The problem is not the law abiding citizen who goes through proper channels to register and receive a concealed carry permit. The problem is CRIMINALS. Please tell me how this will affect them??  Do not take away my rights as a citizen to appease those who are not being logical as to who and what this will affect.

Please Do Not add to the already too large list of "safe zones" which are only making these areas safe for the CRIMINALS not for the innocent people who work, visit and learn in such places. These areas can only by made safer by having LAW ABIDING CITIZENS armed and ready to protect the unarmed citizens of the great state of Virginia.
