This "emergency regulation" will only entice those who wish to do us harm, to act on their sick intentions without the possibility of a law abiding citizen using their 2nd Amendment right to defend themselves or others. According to the Virginia constitution this action by the govenor is illegal. Please tell me when a "Gun Free zone" has ever stopped a crazy or evil person from butchering innocent people if they so choose. When have they ever obeyed a law that can't be enforced? 

I also request that the comment period be extended so more Virginians can express their displeasure with this illegal action.
