Regulations like this are only going to keep law abiding citizens from having the option for self protection while those intending to harm us will not pay attention to any laws or regulations.

It is obscene that the average Virginia citizen is not afforded the same protection as our Govenor. Pleae remember that ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL!
