Banning concealed firearms on state property

As I see this,  the Governor has no authority to issue this regulation.  The General Assembly is the only body who can pass and enforce this regulation.  The Governor has no such power.

I am a contractor on a state project in leased space.  This puts me in "victim" status in this illegal gun free zone.  You are placing my life in danger from evil people and leaving me no way to protect myself and others.

I also request that the comment period be extended 30 days to enable the citizens to express their views.
