So called "gun free zones" result in increased casualty rate

I strongly oppose Executive Order 50 which bans firearms in executive branch agency offices as it creates dangerous "sitting duck zones" where would be evil doers (who by definition and historical fact don't follow the law) have a target rich environment of defenseless victims.

In fact, in mass shooting attempts where there is an armed citizen present the average number of victims is significantly less than when there is not one present.  Basically, this executive order does the exact opposite of what is purports to do. The only people it targets are the very people who can make a differrence and stop an attacker, making us all (including the people who do not to carry) less safe.
