In our constitution, the 2nd admendment has a line that says: Shall not be infringed!  What part do you not understand? This is a knee jerk reaction to a situation that was created in the minds of radical Islamic terrorists, not law abiding citizens. It feel like our gov is trying to kiss the perveribal rump of the pres and enact thoughtless reactionary executive orders that trample on the constitution. Why in Gods name would you let your people doing the states business be sitting ducks like California? You ask, will it happen here? Well, Mr Govenor, you just made all State Offices soft targets.
