Targeted regulations on abortion providers (TRAP), if enacted, could force the majority of Virginia’s women’s health centers to close – and keep thousands of women and families from accessing the essential medical care they need.

TRAP has absolutely nothing to do with protecting women’s health. Instead, these onerous regulations are designed to force the majority of women’s health centers in Virginia to close, and prevent Virginia women from exercising their constitutional right to safe, legal abortion as well as other kinds of medical care. This will have the worst effect on low income women, and it is not fair.

Please take action and vote protect women’s abortion rights and access to health care in Virginia and keep clinics open.
