I am a 29 year old woman, lifetime resident of Virginia.  I believe that women's health facilities, especially ones where abortions or other minor surgeries are preformed, should be strictly regulated and adhere to high standards of health.   I strongly support that abortion facility regulations, improving upon the temporary emergency ones, should be set in place and remain permament in Virginia.  Women's safety must be the first priority of all women's health facilities.
