TRAP regulations should be permanent.  The facilities lack adequate standards to ensure the safety and health of Women's lives.  Women to often leave these facilities in ambulances and some die because of the lack of proper equipment and standards.  Making TARP permanent is in the best interests of Women's medical safety and health and is something Women should welcome not fight against!
