Not holding abortion clinics to the highest of standards is repugnant.  A woman who undergoes an abortion is already placing her life at risk, why would ANYONE not expect a clean and up- to- date facility?   Could accepting lower standards be indicative of a doctor and patients who already believe that abortion is nefarious?
