Due to the "outstanding safety record" of abortion providers, as described by a doctor who studies outcomes but is not a provider, the low number of complaints in comparison to other surgeries, and other health markers, including regulation by our state and national governing bodies and agencies,

AND due to the biased and unprofessional findings of recent "investigations" that "find" poor health conditions,

AND due to the financial and burden and disruption of many services, all legal, during construction for meeting new regulations,

I strongly oppose the proposed new regulations to Virginia clinics which provide abortions.
