No matter which side of the abortion debate anyone is one, this is a health and safety issue.  Abortions were legalized (supposedly) to prevent back ally filthy abortions that killed women,  If we do not regulate the cleanliness and safety of this major medical procedure, then women are no safer now than they were 40 years ago.  I strongly appose abortion, but I would never wish for someone to die from an abortion due to an unsanitary, unregulated clinic that is making a profit off of desperate women (and teenage children).   It is ridiculous that this is even a debate.  Both sides of the issue should be desiring cleanliness and safety for these pregnant ladies.
