REMOVE THIS LAW!!  TRAP was certified quietly over the past holiday season by our Governor on 12/28/2012, requiring abortion clinics to be constructed along hospital-level guidelines, effectively closing virtually ALL of them within 2 years (the frequency of their re-certification.)   This irrational law will not stop abortions from happening;  they will just happen illegally, and unsafely.
