The new regulations treating women's health centers like surgical care centers are heavy handed and unneccesary.  The procedures done there do not require the type of precautions that are being demanded.  A typical dentist office performs more delicate and dangerous procedures than a women's health center does, including those that perform abortions, yet noone is suggesting they make similar architectural changes.  These regulations have nothing to do with keeping women safe, they are aimed at preventing women from having access to a legal medical procedure that our attorney general and state government thinks is objectionable.  If you are concerned about women's health, you will exempt existing clinics from these odius new regulations.
