The proposed TRAP regulations threaten the availability of safe, legal abortions and preventative reproductive health care for women throughout the Commonwealth. The measures contemplated by TRAP have no proven medical benefits and merely represent an over-reach by government in personal decisions that should be made by women with the counsel of their doctors. Please rescind or amend these regulations so that women's access to important health care is not impeded.
