Unnecessary regulations for women's health care centers

I have been blessed to never have the need to visit one of the women's health care centers which will be burdened by the proposed regulations.  And if I'm lucky, I never will.  But I have two daughters, and their future is unclear.  I have no idea if they will ever need to visit one of these centers.  But if they do, I hope they aren't forced to travel hundreds of miles to a different city or state in order to access low-cost healthcare. These proposed regulations are completely unnecessary and will do nothing but isolate low-income women from access to affordable healthcare, while those who are better-off financially will be unaffected.  We should be encouraging ALL Virginians to invest in their healthcare and the best way to do that is to ensure that ALL Virginians, regardless of income, have unencumbered access to local physicians.
