The "back-alley abortion clinic" scenario has been allowed to thrive in Virginia for too long.  When 13 out of 20 facilities inspected have revealed numerous health violations, it becomes obvious that they can't be trusted to regulate themselves.   Please make the TRAP regulations a permanent safeguard for women's health in Virginia.
