We built a new Planned Parenthood clinic building in Charlottesville in 2004 and it was built to then current hospital regulations and now you say it does not meet the Virginia  NEW hospital regulations. This is undo hinderance by the state in an attempt to interfere with men and women's access to legitimite health care and this regulation should be vetoed. The TRAP regulations are not necessay.
