Abortions are wrong to begin with, but if you are going to do them, make sure they are safe for the woman.  I do not understand comments against this regulation.  Why are people against ensuring the clinics are safe and held accountable for it?  Pass this regulation.  Until we can get abortion irradiated in this country, we need to ensure clinics are safe.
