I am quoting another commenter, as they put it concisely and perfectly. Please do not do this. TARP  limits women's access and increases the financial burden for women who are seeking health care services. I urge the Board of Health to ensure the continued availability of all services, including safe and legal abortion, leaving decisions about medical care to the individual women and their doctors.
