The purpose of public health legislation is to promote and protect public health.  The proposed TRAP legislation, in serving political interests only,  will achieve exactly the opposite effect  by making abortion inaccessible to  women all over the State.  There is no medical purpose served by this legislation.  It will not stop abortions, but will onlyrestrict legal and safe abortions. Please do not implenment this unnecessary legistlation.  It will harm the women of Virginia.
