Trap is critical to women's health. The real war on women allows women to have abortions at clinics full of other people's blood with unsterile equipment and untrained employee.  The fact that 9 clinics have over 80 violoations shows that we need these requlatioons to protect women.  Infections, transmitted diseases, unchecked complications because of untrained staff hurts women.   We need these regulations to protect women' health from being injured because of the desire of these abortion clinics to make money while using the minimal amount of money to maintain these clinics.  These are common sense measures that are absolutely necessary.  That fact that many of these clinics have not corrected these violations even though they have been allowed to remain open shows that these regulations and their enforcements are absolutely necessary.  Vote Yes for these regulations.
