What these regulations are is a shameful way to circumvent the will of the people and the Surpreme Court.  These regulations are to close down access to affordable reproductive health care in many parts of the state.  Shame on you.  The Supreme Court has spoken!  If you took a referendum today you will find the majority of women do not want to return to the days of the 1950's where men own their women.  Again, shame on the Commonwealth.
