The regulations imposed on women's health clinics that also perform abortions are for one purpose only.  They are designed to close all clinics that perform abortions.  The architectural standards are not imposed on any other outpatient clinic and there are many that perform more invasive procedures.  A woman's right to choose to have an abortion has been upheld by the US Supreme Court.  If the extremely conservative administration that is in control can force clinics to close, it is acting against the purpose of the law, and denies democratic representation of the people of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
