Yes, educators main purpose is to teach. But there are given the responsibility to also raise kids. They teach our kids between right and wrong, developing their morals. Yes, they are teachers, but they are more than that. They have more responsibility than given in their traditional job description, and it's time for us to realize that. CCT is absolutely necessary in making our educators more aware of all the different cultures that the U.S. fosters. Please keep this training.
