Action Summary This regulatory action complies with the requirements set out in 2012 Acts of Assembly which specifically addresses the DMAS timelines and specification for filing required documentation, including the sufficiency of the contents of Case Summaries; and to clarify the Agency's authority to adminstratively invalidate untimely appeals.
