Action Summary Chapter 712 (Senate Bill 1245) of the 2011 Acts of the Assembly authorizes the Board of Nursing to revise its regulations to provide for provisional licensure for applicants as registered nurses to obtain supervised clinical experience if their educational programs lacked the requisite number of hours.
